     SCM Associates, Inc. is an investment advisory firm located in Carrollton, Georgia offering portfolio management for individuals, trusts and estates, endowments, corporations, and retirement plans.  In implementing its fiduciary responsibilities, SCM Associates strives to exemplify the utmost in integrity, confidentiality, availability, and accountability. 
     The firm was founded and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission in July 1986, by Stephen C. McCutcheon, in association with his longtime friend and business associate, Henry W. Blizzard.  The firm is currently registered with and regulated only by the Securities Division-Secretary of the State of Georgia.
    Our mission is to realize superior long-term investment performance within the client’s risk tolerance and provide efficient administrative services at a reasonable fee in an effort to assist our clients to achieve their financial goals.
